Machine pilot suspension plough adjustment method

The proper adjustment of the aircraft pilot suspension plough has a very important role in reducing the cost of arable land, prolonging the service life of the tractor, reducing the labor intensity of the driver, and improving the efficiency and quality of cultivated land. Its adjustment mainly includes five aspects: Tractor wheel alignment. When working on cultivated land, the tractor's track should be consistent with the plough width. If not, adjust the tractor's track. The purpose of the adjustment is to make the centerline of resistance of the plough substantially coincide with the centerline of the longitudinal axis of the tractor during ploughing so as to eliminate the biased traction of the unit. The method for calculating the wheel pitch is: the track width of the tractor: the working width of the plough + 1/2 width of the single shed and the width of the tire. Adjustment method: use jacks or other tools to set up the tractor to suspend the rear wheel, loosen the positioning screw of the driving wheel on the driving wheel shaft, and move the driving wheel inward or outward to adapt it to the width of the ploughing width. Tighten the set screw again. 2. Adjustment of the relative position of the plow and the tractor. It mainly includes three adjustments: 1 Adjustment of the length of the limit chain of the suspension device. Loosen the nut on the limiting chain adjustment screw of the tractor suspension device. By changing the length of the adjustment screw, the left and right pull-down levers are symmetrical to the centerline of the tractor longitudinal axis, and the left-right swing amplitude of the lever is between 3 degrees and -5 degrees. . 3 Adjust the left and right positions of the suspension axis. By rotating the suspension shaft or adjusting the position of the limit nut, the plow wing of the front plough and the inner line of the right rear wheel of the tractor overlap by 2 cm - 2.5 cm. 3 Adjust the position of the front and rear ends of the suspension shaft. The hanging shaft of the straight rod is adjusted by moving the two ends of the straight rod back and forth in the position of the long slot hole; the curved hanging axle is rotated to adjust the relative position of both ends by rotating the crank handle. The result of the adjustment is to make the longitudinal axis of the plough frame parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tractor. 3. Plow level adjustment. Adjust the length of the pull-rod of the tractor suspension device so that when the hanging plough is lowered to the ground, there is an earth angle of 2 degrees to 3 degrees, and the plow frame is in a horizontal state before and after the specified tillage depth. After the adjustment is made, the farmland will be ploughed down and the farmland will be adjusted according to the requirements of flat, positive and straight. If the plough is not straight forward and backward, the front rake is deep and the rake is shallow and the plough hoe is away from the bottom of the trench, the upper tie rod should be extended, otherwise the upper tie rod should be shortened. If the plough frame is uneven, the front rake is deep and the back rake is shallow and the groove bottom is uneven, the length of the right lifting arm should be shortened, whereas the length of the right lifting arm should be lengthened instead. 4. Reduce the number of plows after the adjustment of the traction. When the number of plows is reduced due to the reasons such as the depth of cultivation, etc., the pitch of the tractor can not be adjusted as required, the traction will occur when the cultivated land is used. The following methods can be adopted to adjust: Adjust the suspension according to the previous method. The relative position of the plow to the tractor. Adjust the front and rear positions of the two ends of the suspension shaft so that the rear ploughs are slightly toward the ground. After such adjustment, the reaction force of the trench wall soil to the side of the plow is increased, and the resulting reaction torque can cause the plow to go straight. The degree of deflection of the plough adjustment depends on the soil's softness, hardness, dryness and wetness, and the depth of ploughing. The softer the soil, the greater the humidity, and the smaller the plough depth, the greater the degree of skewness. 5. Plow depth adjustment options. When the tractor is plowing, there are two ways to choose from: 1 position adjustment method. The working depth of the plow is controlled by the hydraulic suspension mechanism. After the plow is ploughed to the required tillage depth, the hydraulic control lever is placed in the “neutral” position. At this time, the plow and the tractor are rigidly connected, and the relative positions of the two remain unchanged. When the surface undulates, the consistent tillage depth cannot be guaranteed, and the load of the engine will be uneven due to the change of the traction resistance. When a hard obstacle is encountered, the plough body is easily damaged, so the position adjustment method is only applicable to the flat field on the ground. And paddy field operations. 2 height adjustment method. The hydraulic control handle of the tractor is placed in the “floating” position during operation, and the hydraulic system only acts as a lifting and ploughing body, which does not play a regulating role, and the cultivating depth is controlled by the depth limiting wheel. When height adjustment is adopted, the plow body can be raised or lowered corresponding to the level of the ground due to the contouring effect of the depth limiting wheel. Therefore, in the case of ground undulations and soil resistance changes, a similarly constant tillage depth can be obtained and better operation quality can be achieved. This method is more commonly used, but it is not suitable for paddy field operations.
