Mountain burial preservation

Select the shade at the back and dig a round pit with a diameter of 60 to 70 centimeters and a depth of about 100 centimeters. A drainage ditch is set around the pit, and the bottom of the pit is laid flat with 15 cm of clean river sand and the sand is leveled and compacted. After ripening, the hawthorn will be timely harvested. After pre-storage heat removal, the fruit will be piled on the sand in the pit. The stack height will be 50 centimeters; it will be covered with 15 to 20 centimeters of fine sand and gradually thickened as the temperature drops. Sand cover, finally slightly higher than the ground into a head shape. The fine sand used should have a certain humidity, and it should be squeezed into groups, but it is not advisable to squeeze out the water. There is no need for other management after the burial of the mountain stream, and it will be used with it. Store until the fifth year of June of the following year.
