The surface is clean and undamaged, with an outer eggshell membrane, normal egg shape and bright color. After opening the egg, the egg yolks are rounded; the egg white is thick, thick and clear, and the laces are thick and white on both ends of the yolk. The air chamber is complete and is less than about 7mm. The hand feels pressure. Eggs and eggs strike each other with a crisp sound and the egg shakes silently.
