Materials and Methods I. Test materials: (1) Parental I: [(Heilongjiang Qibaobaohong) ♀ 鳞 鳞 鲤♂ 鲤♂ 鲤♂ F F F] F1 is an orthogonal group, [散 鳞 鲤 鲤 鲤] ]F1 is a cross group. The parental line II: [F1] is an orthogonal group, and [F1] is a cross-cross group. (2) Backcross line: From 1991 to 1992, the I and II lines were back-crossed with Heilongjiang River respectively, resulting in four backcrosses; in 1994, the I and II lines were also associated with the German mirror carp and the disperse scale respectively. The mirror backcross produced 2 backcross species. (3) Gynogenetic lineage: From 1989 to 1991, the gynogenetic development techniques were applied to the F3 and I F1 lines of the I-family, respectively, to establish I and II gynogenetic lines and cultivate to sexual maturity. (4) Synthetic lines: From 1992 to 1995, four backcross species of I and II lines and Heilongjiang River larvae were merged into two backcross lines, I and II, respectively, after growth and cold-resistance tests. The gynogenetic line was mated and two synthetic lines were established, namely Synthetic Line I (Type I gynogenetic line ♀B1F4 ♂) F6, abbreviated as H1F4, and then selected to F7; Synthetic Line I (Type I gynogenetic line) ♀ B2F2 ♂) F4, abbreviated as H2F4, then selected to F6. (5) Breeding lines: In order to compare the effects of gynogenesis and conventional breeding, two conventional breeding lines I and II were established. Line I was selected from B1F4 to F5, abbreviated as S1F5, and line II was selected from B2F2 to F3, abbreviated as S2F3. Results According to the 15 years of breeding of common carp species, a large number of controlled trials and breeding of single-cross breeds, three-hybrids, backcross breeds and synthetic lines combined with gynogenesis were used to determine that the cold resistance was above 95%. The synthetic II F5 (H2F5), which grows about 50% faster than the control group, is the dominant species of carp.
