Method for reducing errors in design and production of electronic scales
Guarantee of sensor specifications
Selecting the various technical indicators to meet the accuracy requirements of the sensor is the key to ensure the quality of the electronic scale. Linearity, creep, no-load temperature coefficient and sensitivity temperature coefficient are important indicators of the sensor. For each batch of sensors, sampling inspection and high and low temperature experiments must be carried out according to the sampling rate required by the relevant national standards.
Temperature coefficient of electronic scale circuit
Theoretical analysis and experiments prove that the input resistor and the temperature coefficient of the feedback resistor are important factors affecting the sensitivity temperature coefficient of the electronic scale. The metal film resistor with a temperature coefficient of 5×10-6 must be selected. High temperature testing must be performed for each electronic scale produced. For some products with a small temperature difference, the product can be compensated with a metal film resistor with a temperature coefficient of less than 25×10-6. At the same time of high temperature test, the product is temperature aging, which improves the stability of the product.
Nonlinear compensation of electronic scales
Ideally, the digital quantity of the electronic scale after analog-to-digital conversion should be linear with the weight applied to the scale. The accuracy is calibrated during the production process and the internal computer program is used for single point calibration. The slope of the number and weight is calculated according to the ideal straight line and stored in the memory. This does not overcome the nonlinearity errors produced by the sensor and integrator. With multi-point correction, using multiple lines to approximate a curve effectively reduces nonlinear errors without increasing hardware costs. For example, a 1/3000-accuracy scale uses 3-point calibration, and a 1/5000-accuracy scale uses 5-point calibration.
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is one of the essential fatty acids for human and animals, but it is unable to synthesize a substance with significant pharmacological effect and nutritional value, which is of great benefit to human health. A large number of literatures have proved that conjugated linoleic acid has the physiological functions of anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti mutation, antibacterial, reducing human cholesterol, anti atherosclerosis, improving immunity, improving bone density, preventing diabetes and promoting growth. In recent years, some clinical studies have proved that conjugated linoleic acid can increase physical consumption after entering the body, so it can effectively reduce body fat deposition in weight control.
