Identification of compressed air dryer

When choosing a compressed air dryer, it is often necessary to combine the relative products with the customer's actual situation.

(1) For systems with a dew point of air pressure greater than or equal to 2 °C, a compressed air dryer is usually used, and a compressed air adsorption dryer is used instead;

(2) For systems with large air handling capacity and high moisture content, combined with user requirements, technical and economic comparisons such as energy consumption and equipment cost are determined whether compressed air refrigerating dryer or compressed air adsorption drying is used. Machine or freeze, adsorption drying combined dryer.

(3) For the non-thermal regeneration and micro-thermal regeneration adsorption drying, the selection of the air system supply and demand balance, air source pressure, moisture content before and after drying and other parameters should be considered.

(4) The operating pressure of the non-thermal regeneration adsorption drying process should not be lower than 0.5 MPa. When the pressure is too low, the regeneration gas volume will increase, thereby increasing the power consumption and operating cost, which is uneconomical. When the dry air dew point is lower than -60 ° C, a combination of freeze drying and adsorption drying organic combination is preferred to reduce energy consumption and facilitate operation and management.

(5) When the non-thermal regenerative adsorption drying process is adopted, the compressed air to be treated should be free of oil and liquid water before entering the adsorption tower. Therefore, effective degreasing measures must be taken before entering the adsorption drying device.
