The accurate and efficient introduction of exogenous molecules such as target drug molecules, therapeutic genes and proteins into the interior of cells is an important technology in modern precision medicine and cell molecular biology research. Traditional cell introduction relies on chemical drugs or electrical stimulation, such as "chemotherapy", which not only fails to introduce selective drugs, but also causes "cell immune response", destroying healthy cells and causing large side effects. The micro-nano device has the advantages of small volume and low power consumption, and can be implanted into the body to realize selective cell drug introduction.
