Rice Mechanization Transplanting Domestic Water Mud Cultivation Technology
In recent years, with the attention of governments at all levels and the agricultural sector, a new round of rice transplanting is being promoted throughout the country. In view of the current unique technology of soil-ceiling soil-retaining mud, the process of machine-planting rice is inhibited to a certain extent. The indigenous water-paste mud-raising technology is not only more convenient than Hakka soil-dry mud-raising technology, but also has the advantages of flexible operation, strong compatibility, early production increase, and festivals. This efficiency increases, and it is easy to transport. In 2006, my street was demonstrated on the single-season rice cultivation of 3 farmers such as Li Peiru. All the demonstration areas of 52 mu were successful. At present, it has been widely promoted in my street and has become the main breeding technology for mechanized transplanting. Specific technical points are as follows:
1. Prepare for advance breeding. (1) Putian should choose a land with flat land, smooth drainage, no pebbles, and convenient transportation; (2) Puti Farm will carry out the first irrigated rotation till 10 to 15 days before sowing. Every other week, the crop is again turned into shallow rotaries. The depth of rotary ploughing is mainly in the middle-upper part of the soil. The aim is to make the mud above. Then, after the field was repaired, the sampan board was immediately made; (3) The width of the sampan board was 1. to 1.6 meters, ie, 1.6 meters for early rice, 1.5 meters for late rice, 0.4 to 0.5 meters in width, and the ratio of paddy field to Daejeon. , Continuous cropping of late rice (30 plates per mu) 1 to 70 to 80, single late rice (25 plates per acre) 1 to 100.
2, Shi Tian base fertilizer. According to the fertility of paddy fields, generally 40 to 50 kg of ammonium bicarbonate will be applied on the day before sowing, 25 to 30 kg of calcium phosphate and 5 to 7.5 kg of potassium chloride will be passed through. Flat rake boards, slush mud into the ditch, and block in and out of the water gap.
3, touch the foreign body in the trench. Since the most fundamental difference between the indigenous water-paste mud-raising technology and the indigenous soil-drying mud-raising technology is the difference in bed soil, local water-paste mud-raising is the use of water mud in the ditch. Therefore, the quality of water paste is the key. It is related to whether or not the machine can be transplanted smoothly and ensure the key to the whole seedling. Therefore, it is necessary to use hands to wipe out the gravel in the ditch, not to rot the rice borer and the grass root. Feel the foreign matter on both sides of the sulcus while touching it, and try to make the mud in the ditch thick.
4, placed on the mud. On the eve of sowing, a thin water was left in the ditch. On the basis of the levelling of the sampan board again, a field rope was placed on the side of the sampan. The position of the farming line was centered on two sampans. It is worth mentioning that the direction of the paving plate must be consistent with paving, otherwise it will be difficult to smooth the mud and affect the progress.
5, holding the mud into the plate leveling. In order to ensure the quality of the water paste, in the ditch leaving the thin water again to touch back one side, first, try to do the remaining foreign body, and second, the fertilizer and water paste mud evenly. Afterwards, the water paste is put into the pan by hand and the bucket is added. When a board is filled with mud, it is then made of sheet material like a cornucopia and gently leveled in the homeopathic direction so that the dish is flat on the surface.
6, quantitative sowing. Usually, the sediment is precipitated for 1 to 2 hours, and sowing can be started when the seeds are sown without seeds. It is better to sow two people. That is, one sow and one stop. Barrier is to use a plywood with a length of about one meter long and a width of 0.8 meters to block the seeds, so that they do not throw out the discs, that is, along the side of the disc along with the sowing speed, so that quantitative sowing. After sowing, use a soft broom to sweep the seeds on the side of the pan into the pan. The seeds of the bud should be covered with mud or soft pounded muddy water should be allowed to fall into the mud without seeds.
7, Putian management technology. (1) When the sowing is finished, the young herbicide is sprayed; (2) The early rice is covered with a nylon scaffold, and the late rice is covered with a sun-shading net. When 2 leaves and 1 heart are removed, shading nets are removed. (3) Other management measures of Putian are similar to that of local soil and dry clay. The same as for childbirth; (4) When inserting seeds, there is no need to smash. After lifting, remove the plate, roll the tuber into a tube and load it into the transportation tool. When the tuber is too dry, sprinkle a little water.
