1. Plug in the power socket (the power supply should be well grounded), press the power switch, the display is on, and the display shows the actual temperature and humidity in the incubator room.
2. Adjust the height with the adjusting screw at the bottom of the mold incubator to make the box stable.
3. Installation of the humidifier: Plug the power plug of the humidifier into the power socket on the back of the instrument, and connect the humidification tube of the instrument to the humidifier. The connection must be tightly connected. The water in the humidifier tank must be properly operated according to the instructions.
4. If the humidity is not used for a long time, please drain the water inside the box.
5. Mold incubator temperature adjustment: press the temperature setting button, the digital display is the set value, rotate the temperature to adjust the potentiometer to the desired temperature value, release the button, the digital display is the actual temperature in the culture chamber. At this time, if the actual temperature in the incubator is smaller than the set temperature, the heating indicator light is on, and the heater starts to heat; if the actual temperature in the incubator is larger than the set temperature, the cooling indicator light is on, and the refrigeration system starts to cool; If the cooling indicator is dark, the incubator is at a constant temperature.
6. When the temperature is low, the water in the water tray at the bottom of the tank should be drained regularly.
7. Moisture incubator humidity adjustment: press the humidity setting button, the digital display is the set value, rotate the humidity to adjust the potentiometer to the desired humidity value, release the button, the digital display is the actual humidity in the mold incubator. When the actual humidity in the culture chamber is less than the set humidity, the humidification humidifies the culture chamber at this time, and the humidification indicator light is on; when the actual humidity in the culture chamber is greater than the set humidity value, the humidifier stops working at this time, and the humidification indicator light Off.
8. Care must be taken when handling. The angle between the water and the horizontal plane should not be less than 45°.
9. Unplug the power cord when the instrument is stopped.
10. When the temperature of the mold incubator is set, the temperature control knob cannot be rotated back and forth several times to avoid frequent compressor start-up, causing overload of the compressor and affecting the service life of the compressor.
11. If there is no need to sterilize in the box, the sterilizing switch on the panel should be placed in the “off†position.
12. If the humidifier is faulty, please press the warranty point on the humidifier instruction manual and repair it nearby.
13. Mold incubator In order to maintain the beauty of the equipment, it is not allowed to wipe the surface with acid or alkali and other corrosive materials. The box can be dried regularly with a dry cloth.
14. Mold incubator When the humidity sensor is in a high-humidity state for a long time, condensation will form, and the humidity display value will remain high. If an accurate humidity display value is required, the incubator door should be turned off to allow the humidity to be opened. The sensor is at room temperature and can be used after it has dried naturally. Â
