China's export volume of medical textiles increased

According to the latest data released by the China Association of Industrial Textiles, in the first three quarters of this year, China's export volume of medical textiles increased, and the related export and export volume increased by 5.2% and 4% respectively.

According to industry insiders, at present, the global medical textiles industry is growing at a rate of 5% to 10%, while the medical textile industry in China will grow at a rate of 10% to 20%.

Statistics from the Association of Industrial Textiles show that in the first three quarters of this year, China’s export volume of medical textiles reached 2.08 billion U.S. dollars, up 5.2% year-on-year, of which disposable medical apparel exports were 690 million U.S. dollars, and medical dressing exports were 660 million U.S. dollars. Disposable sanitary products such as sanitary napkins and diapers have a value of US$730 million. The United States, the European Union, Japan, and other developed countries and regions are the major export destinations of medical textiles in China.
