According to Wang Jiajia, deputy dean of the Haixi Branch of the China Academy of Textile Research, the project was led by the research and development team of Professor Han Chunmao of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University and the research and development team of Professor Huang Qing of the China Textile Science Research Institute. The project implementation cycle is four and a half years.
A few days ago, the project held an opening meeting in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The meeting carried out a specific division of labor for all scientific research units involved in the project. Among them, “Haixi Institute†is mainly responsible for the structural design of the project PGA and its copolymer warp knitting support network, the development and evaluation of the weaving process and the construction of the medical textile new material industrialization demonstration line.
The core highlight of the project is the integration of natural biomaterials with good biocompatibility and excellent mechanical properties of polyglycolide and its copolymer polymer fiber materials. It is expected to produce bio-phases using warp-knitted textile technology and tissue engineering technology. A dermal substitute with good compatibility, degradability and mechanical strength, and rapid induction regeneration of dermal tissue by appropriate functional modification.
At present, PGA and its copolymer fiber products are mainly monopolized by several foreign companies, which are expensive and cannot meet the actual needs of the domestic market. Therefore, the development of this topic will fill the fiber and products of the warp-supporting mesh for leather substitutes in the international field. The localization of the whole process is of great significance for promoting the development of China's biomedical materials industry and medical industry.
"For example, in the future, patients will have a good experience in skin grafting, wound recovery and follow-up treatment costs," said Wang Jiajia.
The demonstration line of the project will be located in the research building of Haixi Institute of “Sanchuangyuan†in Jinjiang, Fujian. The project research and development team said that the future research results will be extended to various types of medical absorbable organ repair materials implanted in the human body, including research on medical textiles that can absorb xenon patches, lung patches, heart patches, meningeal patches, and the like. Production is in line with Jinjiang's industrial transformation and upgrading needs, and explores new economic growth points for future development.
At the same time, the implementation of the project will fill the gap in the field of medical textile materials in Jinjiang, and play a leading and facilitating role in the transformation and upgrading of Jinjiang textile and footwear enterprises.
There are many kinds of raw materials and different properties of cosmetics. According to the properties and uses of raw materials, cosmetics can be generally divided into two categories: substrate raw materials and auxiliary raw materials.
The former is a kind of main raw material of cosmetics, which occupies a large proportion in the formula of cosmetics, and is the substance that plays the main function in cosmetics. The latter are responsible for forming, stabilizing or giving color, fragrance and other properties of cosmetics, which are used in small amounts in cosmetic formulations but are extremely important. Cosmetics are chemical mixtures made from natural, synthetic or extracted substances with different functions, which are processed by heating, stirring and emulsifying.
