Single stem pruning

This method is generally suitable for large fruit tomatoes. Single stem pruning is to leave only one trunk per plant, and all the lateral branches are gradually removed. In general, each fruit has 5 to 7 ear fruit. When topping, it usually leaves 2-3 leaves in the upper part of the last spike, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal growth of the fruit in the uppermost part, and even cause fruit drop and fruit drop.

Double dry pruning

This method is mostly used for cherry tomato varieties. Double dry pruning is based on single stem pruning, and another side branch is selected as the second main stem, or the main stem is picked up at the seedling stage, and two side branches are selected as the trunk at the same time, and other managements are the same as the single stem pruning.
