Imported burner application areas and features

Main features of imported burners :

1. The shaft furnace is used at the upper end of the furnace body;

2, the use of high-speed flame impact heating: a small melting chamber high-speed flame directly sprayed to the preheated charge and molten aluminum liquid, to achieve rapid melting, saving energy.

3. Adopting two upper and lower water discharge ports: the upper water discharge port is used for continuous operation, and the furnace has a certain depth of aluminum water, so that some aluminum materials are melted after entering the aluminum water, reducing the oxidation area and reducing the energy consumption.

4. The structure of the furnace door is reasonable: small and tightly sealed, with less opening time, less heat loss at the furnace door, and convenient operation.
