Precautions for high-pressure fans, no matter which type of fan, the first thing to consider is its placement and ventilation. Regarding the installation position of the whirlpool fan, ZUI is placed on a stable place on the ground, or fixed at some place. Places that are difficult to reach, such as people, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry and well ventilated. When the equipment is running, pay attention to the direction of rotation of the impeller. It is strictly forbidden to reverse the operation. The power can be tested for a while, and the working pressure should be kept within the rated range to avoid damage to the fan. During the operation of the equipment, no impurities, particles and corrosive substances are allowed to enter the pump body. Because the distance between the fan impeller and the pump body is small, the particles are sucked into the pump body and scratches the impeller and the pump body. Or breaking the blade, even scratches, over time, it will affect the performance and even damage of the fan, as well as noise, so if the working environment is not good, the peripheral accessories must be equipped, the addition of accessories will not affect the fan performance.

1. The high pressure fan should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.

2. The direction of rotation of the high pressure fan impeller must be the same as the direction of the arrow on the fan casing.

3. When the high pressure fan is working, the working pressure should not be greater than the rated pressure or suction force, so as to avoid the excessive heat generated by the fan and the overcurrent of the motor, causing damage to the air pump. If the temperature is hot during use, a larger fan can be replaced. problem.

4. The high-pressure fan has no direct contact friction except for the two bearings of the motor rotor. The bearing at the end of the air pump is installed at the end of the motor and the pump cover of the impeller, and the other is the butt end of the motor, which does not require grease or maintenance.

5. The filter net and silencer on both ends of the high pressure blower should be cleaned according to the situation to avoid the blockage.

6. The outer connection of the inlet and outlet of the high-pressure fan must be connected by a hose (such as rubber tube or plastic spring tube).

7. Replacement of high-pressure fan bearing: When the bearing of the fan is broken, it needs to be replaced. The replacement of the bearing must be performed by a person familiar with the repair work. Loosen the screws on the pump cover first, then remove the parts one by one in the order shown. The removed parts should be cleaned and assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, the impeller should not be hardened, and the special pull-tab should be applied, and the adjusting gasket should not be omitted, so as to avoid affecting the gap of the regulator when leaving the factory.

8. The high-pressure fan is strictly prohibited from entering the pump body by solid, liquid and corrosive gases, which affects the impeller rotation.
