Chinese cabbage storage method

The storage methods for Chinese cabbage include burial, cellaring, etc. The flat storage method is as follows:

The third is code dishes. The roots of the cabbage that is well dried are turned down, and the code is tightly placed on the ground, surrounded by bundles of corn stalks.
Fourth, choose food. Select dishes before and after the light snowfall, remove yellow and rotten leaves from the trees, tear away the leaves of the outer leaves, leave the broilers to protect the cabbage heart, and cover the selected leaves with the selected vegetables. Fifth, cover vegetables. Before and after heavy snowfall, a layer of plastic film should be placed on the cabbage, and the surrounding area should be compacted to prevent the wind from blowing.
Sixth, check the temperature. The optimum storage temperature for Chinese cabbage is from 0 degrees Celsius to 2 degrees Celsius. It is easy to take off above 5 degrees Celsius, and below -5 degrees Celsius, it is vulnerable to frost damage. Therefore, during the storage process, it must be checked frequently. When the temperature is too high or too low, corrective measures should be taken promptly.
