Medtronic and Kehui Medical announced today that the Chinese Ministry of Commerce approved Medtronic's M&A plan for Kehui Medical. At the same time, the Korea Fair Trade Commission approved the acquisition plan, which means that we have obtained all necessary anti-monopoly licenses.
