Automatic control principle of decanter centrifuge

The key equipment of the sludge dewatering system is the sludge dewatering main machine, which is called the horizontal screw centrifuge. For the suspensions with solid phase particle equivalent diameter ≥3um, weight concentration ratio ≤10% or volume concentration ratio ≤70%, and liquid solid density difference ≥0.05g/cm3, liquid-solid separation is suitable for this type of centrifuge.

The horizontal screw centrifuge generally has several specifications such as LW220, LW350, LW400, LW450, LW530, LW650, etc. It is divided into parallel flow, countercurrent, composite spiral, bidirectional extrusion, etc. in the rotor structure, and concentrated and dehydrated in use. Models such as grading and clarification can be widely adapted to different separation requirements.

The automatic electrical control system consists of a separate host, feed pump, dosing pump, dilution pump, PLC control and related electrical component control box and PC industrial computer.
The main functions are as follows:

(1) The control system has two conditions: manual control and automatic control: in the manual control state, the parameters of the system can be adjusted and set during the operation; in the automatic control state, after the parameter setting of the system is adjusted, the feeding is performed. The flow rate and dosage of the pump are controlled by a concentration meter in the tempering tank. The dosage and the amount of dilution water are fuzzyly controlled according to the turbidity of the separation liquid of the separator. The control system is an intelligent automatic control process;

(2) It has a sludge feeding system, a dosing and dosing system and a separate host interlocking function;

(3) Status monitoring data display and printing report with various operating parameters of the system;

(4) It has various overload protection and fault alarm display;

(5) The PC industrial computer can implement the monitoring of the operation status of the central control room and the start and stop function of the system;

(6) PC industrial computer, implementing multiple sets of joint control;

(7) Monitoring and display of parameter status such as current, voltage, flow, host speed, differential speed, pushing torque, liquid level, running cumulative time, temperature, etc.;

(8) Dynamic picture display with each unit;

(9) The control system is fully automatic controlled by PLC, and the dynamic display and output data of the PC industrial computer makes the system implement intelligent automatic operation in operation, which is an ideal turnkey project.
