The mesh belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for mass production, which is used for drying flakes, strips, granules and some paste materials with good gas permeability. For dehydrated vegetables, Chinese herbal medicine pieces and other high moisture content, heat sensitive materials are particularly suitable. It has the advantages of high drying rate, high evaporation strength and good product quality.
The mesh belt dryer consists of several independent unit sections. The operating parameters of the amount of drying medium, temperature, humidity and exhaust gas circulation can be independently controlled to ensure the reliability of the operation of the mesh belt dryer and the optimization of operating conditions. The mesh belt dryer is flexible in operation, wet material feeding, and the drying process is carried out in a completely sealed box, and the working conditions are good, and the dust is prevented from leaking.
Mesh belt dryer features:
(1) The material is slightly vibrated and impacted on the mesh belt dryer, and the material particles are not easy to be pulverized and broken, so it is also suitable for drying some materials that are not allowed to be broken.
(2) The mesh belt dryer is not only for material drying, but sometimes the material can be baked, fired or matured.
(3) The structure of the mesh belt dryer is not complicated, the installation is convenient, and it can run for a long time. When the fault occurs, it can enter the interior of the box for maintenance and maintenance.
Mesh belt dryer structure:
(1) Single-stage mesh belt dryer: The material to be dried is uniformly distributed from the feeding end to the conveyor belt through the feeding device. The conveyor belt is usually made of perforated stainless steel sheet, which is driven by the motor through the gearbox network and can be adjusted. The drying cabinet is usually divided into several units to independently control the operating parameters and optimize operation. There is an isolation section between the drying sections where no drying medium circulates.
(2) Multi-stage mesh belt dryer: Multi-stage mesh belt drying is essentially composed of several single-stage mesh belt dryers in series, and its operation principle is the same as that of single-stage mesh belt dryer.
(3) Multi-layer mesh belt dryer: Multi-layer mesh belt dryer is often used in applications where the drying speed is low and the drying time is long, and the process conditions can be kept constant throughout the drying process. A partition is provided between the layers to organize the directional flow of the drying medium to make the material dry evenly. The multi-layer mesh belt dryer has a small footprint and a simple structure, and is widely used in dry grain materials. However, due to the multiple loading and unloading during operation, it is not suitable for dry and easy to transport conveyor belts and materials that are not allowed to be broken.
(4) Impact mesh belt dryer: Impact mesh belt dryer is suitable for drying fabrics, tobacco leaves, surface coatings of substrates and other flaky materials. Impact mesh belt machines are usually composed of two conveyor belts. The impact belt belt machine can be divided into unit segments for independent control. After the drying medium is humidified, it is partially discharged, and the other part is returned to the fresh dry medium and then circulated.
